Get the inside story on Elton John's Farewell Yellow Brick Road book—what's inside, who it's for, and how to get it early from the official store.
Quick Answer
The Farewell Yellow Brick Road book is a must-have for fans who want a visual and personal tour diary of Elton John's final global trek—and ordering from the official store gets it to you two weeks before the general release.
Why This Book Stands Out
Unlike a standard memoir, this book is a full-color celebration of the Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which spanned five years and 330 shows. It's less about chronological biography and more about the experience of the tour itself—the cities, the crowds, and the backstage moments.
For fans who attended a show, it's a way to relive the night. For those who didn't, it offers a front-row seat to a historic moment in music history.
A Note on the Publication Date
The book is set to be published on September 24, 2024, by Hyperion Avenue, an imprint of Disney Publishing Worldwide. If you order from the official store, your copy ships two weeks ahead of that date—so you can be among the first to read it.
