Jason I. ★★★★★

The remaster really opens up the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra parts — you can pick out individual strings on "Candle in the Wind" in a way the old CD never allowed. The Sydney Entertainment Centre crowd noise sits nicely behind the band instead of swallowing it.

I've owned the original pressing for years and this remastered version finally does the horn section justice. You can hear the crowd at the Sydney Entertainment Centre without it drowning out the orchestra, which was my one gripe before.

Penelope ★★★★★

The remaster really opens up the orchestra on this one, you can actually pick out the strings behind the piano now. Side two is where it gets me, that stretch of hits from the Tour De Force set sounds huge with the Melbourne Symphony behind them. Been spinning it all week.
